My first paying job in the graphics business was painting air planes at Charlie Day Aircraft Refinishers.
A fun job as we got to work on a lot of these old planes.

The colors have to be just so to be compliant.
I bought a USCutter a few years ago.
Had to to return it twice before I got one that worked (only for a while).
Now, it sits in the closet collecting dust.
As in all things, you get what you pay for.

After reading the thread from '09, I did not see a definitive solution given.
I'll try reducing the jobs in queue as well as the optimization.

Got my first cease and desist letter today.
We screen a lot of shirts and people are always coming in with designs that they want.
I ask them "Where did you get that?"
They always say "The Internet".
They never get exactly the same thing.
It just so happens that we have the 23rd or 24th...
Well, after cleaning the sensor and re initializing and with some phone support from Sean @ Graphic Solutions, we are good to go.
Learn new stuff everyday in this business.

I blew out the sensor with some compressed air to get rid of any lint.
The machine won't get to the main menu to do a environmental match.
I get the 0110 error right when it powers up.
Got a call into Graphic Solutions tech. Waiting to hear back.
