    I think it is Chinese Polycarb...it breaks easily but cannot be glued with Weld on ....maybe #55 would work or maybe good old silicone and tie wire!!!!!!!

    I have some faces that are broken. They are pan formed(embossed) supposedly Polycarbonate.They cracked where they put screws to hold them. I thought it might be Acrylic but alas the weld on #4 or 16 doesn't work on it........is my only option Lords???

    I have done that...it doesn't smell as strong?? Can Acetone be used around the capping station etc??? just not in the capping station??

    I run a JV3(factory ss2 inks) and am tired of paying 50.00 for the 1/2 full bottle of cleaning solution with the useless gloves.....can I use acetone to clean??? Is there an alternative to the cleaning solution Thank you Dennis All Signs

    Here is the prod manager screen the ink layers is on off but can be set to 2 times 3 etc what is optimal for translucent vinyl

    I have the option to do ink layers...2 times , 3 times etc......then uder that is 4 pass 8 pass 16 pass........would I put the ink layers on 2 and the pass at 16 or just 8...and ink layer at 2 or just one layer with 16 pass????????? wow confusing
