What rip are you using? How do you get the opus marks on the print? I am using flexi for rip and cut, save the cut to a .plt file then send the plt file to summa cutter control. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for the input. I added countour cut in illustrator, flexi don't like illy gradients and versa won't print opus marks for the summa. To get the graphic into flexi i had to rasterize it causing it to loose some clarity. Does onyx poster shop do contour cuts?

I like the print quality I get from 8.6 but have only used 8.1 and 8.6 for printing never 7.6, and 8.1 couldn't run the VP-540 so I used versaworks when I had 8.1. Now we are using a summa to cut with so versaworks is out of the question for printing.

Its not really wrap material. The 4560GT its calendered not cast so it will shrink in time. The 4560GTX has air release so it installs easier. It prints nice but some people have had problems with the glue separating from the vinyl.

We have not tried that option on either machine yet. Do you use perf cut often? So far the Summa is a lot more accurate, faster and has never missed the alignment marks. The only thing I don't like about the summa is no network card and must be connected by usb.
