OK, I kind of figured out how to make a color chart in Raster Link. Now I can't figure out how to print it.:banghead: Found PDF color chart in Raster Link folders, but the default folder is the only folder with them and they are for Silver and White. I found the ones I made in the CMYK folder...

Only certain vinyls are paint receptive. I would definitely do a test first. I would also do a "tack coat/drop coat" first. A lite mist of clear, let it set up or "get tacky" then apply a regular coat. If you do it right it will not end in orange peel, it will melt into the second coat and level...

In the tool section in Raster Link it has an option to print a CMYK or RGB color chart, but there are none loaded or to choose from. I have read and searched the manual, searched the interwebz and checked the support section of their website, but nothing. Do I have to make my own and load them...

Repositionable means just that. Permanent means it will need to be heated to be removed. Unless it says it can be used on walls I wouldn't. You could end up taking the paint or top layer of the drywall off.

Just placed a small order for eco-print from Imprintables. I'll have a go at it and report back. Was going to try the Specialty Materials, but it is more than double the price of its competitors.:omg:

Thanks to a post on a different thread I called Wyld GFI and they said they can do Latex on Polyester at those sizes and bigger.:thumb: Anyone know of someplace closer than NJ or a Merchant Member here?

I have a customer wanting a 8'X20' banner made out of something other than "Vinyl". It is going to be a stage backdrop. I am thinking sublimation, but I know there are other options. Opinions? Possible places to outsource to? They do not have a graphic yet, so I'm looking for ball park...

Almost all of our apparel vinyl is Specialty Materials Thermoflex+ and it has worked well. We used to use Gorilla GripII and I really liked it, but it's hard to stock. Which pre-mask are you guys using?

That is an ugly font. Similar to Helvetica condensed lowercase. Maybe search for Helvetica variants.

Yeah, We do screen printing and sublimation in-house, but some jobs are more of a PITA. 4 color process on the hat press isn't always fun and for 30 of them, not worth it. So, that and a couple other places should make this type of stuff more lucrative.
