you need to print out the color chart for your printer on the media you will be printing then download the versaworks color library and match the colors you want off of your color chart.

I have the sp540I I always use Roland color system library BK 21A that is solid black out of the cartridge.

I have a problem with UPS dropping the boxes on the ends. My rolls and cores are usually pretty good but lots of broken black plastic from the ends floating around the boxes UPS is not kind to heavy rolls of media.
