Most "REAL" Sign Painters I know that are STILL in the SIGN Business have also accepted progress, and even if they still hand paint and letter they know the value of legitimate sign production equipment whether it be a plotter or a printer, and most of them use a plotter at the very least. I...

  4. Font ID Please

hand drawn if you ask me. I would ask customer to choose something else. A DOT like that around here would be a magnet for the authority's to mess with you. 2" block letters or at least a 2" solid letter without a lot of frills. Just my 2 cents.

That's what we do. we have done them with the team logos and just last week we did these. We personalized the backs of these pucks by laser engraving the players individual goals and assists, and we also put 2013-2014 contoured to the puck at the top. There are several vendors printing decals...

  11. anyone ever seen or used one of these? GT-120

I think the levels are just bells and whistles. you always have to measure and stay true to the object. almost all of my installs are solo. If the price tag is nuts I would look into building one but if reasonable I would rather purchase than build. Toodark I will let you know what I find...

anyone ever seen or used one of these? GTM-120 http://youtu.be/AtKPeQMAlzI Looks a little gimmicky, but I could see it being useful also. There is not much info out there. I have yet to see the price anywhere. I did go on the CK-tech site and fired them an email, but have not heard anything...

Nope window was clean I could spear the suckers and get the air out, but hell it would look like perforated vinyl by the time i was done with the amount of bubbles I had. Mostly pesky small ones bus some pinky nail size the would not travel out. not what i expected from this product at all.
  17. Window install disaster.

OK I have done many old school wet aps on windows in the past but my supplier and many on this forum suggest a rapid air vinyl with no wet aps. So what am I doing wrong. I printed 18" tall x 60" long graphics on oracal 3551 GRA with a 290 lam. I Cleaned the glass as always and did a center...

So if you use the right profile when sending print to the banner material it should adjust the feed rate for the thickness?
  19. I can't have an exit sign on my door...what?

Regulations by the Government are not supposed to make sense. it would make sense that they should make sense, but making sense is not very high on the governments list of requirements. I would take the sign down and put another one up that says: "NOT AN EXIT ANYMORE" :banghead:
