99% of you live in mainland USA or Canada, where there are dozens of suppliers able to help. There are none where I live. So Id have to order parts and wait weeks, as well as fix it myself for any of the bigger name brand printers.

Help... I'm not sure how long it's been like this, however I just noticed it... Its not printing to proper scale.. But only "height" wise. Width prints are correct. Any idea why this might be happening? Or how to fix?
