unless you flush THOROUGHLY you will be turning the printer into garbage. (or at least guaranteeing you need new heads WHY NOT configure remote access & send a color wheel every other day. i really didn't print anything but daily color wheels on my printers after the wife ended up in hospital...

My best suggestion would be, if nothing lights, buy a replacement power supply. even those of us who are qualified tondo that type of repair rarely have success. the service manual ASSUMES troubleshooting end with replacement of a circuit board. hp has the circuit drawings for board level repair...
