Yes I always radius the all corners on any contour cut shape, for a smooth contour cut knife flow AND sharp corners are never good on a finished decal installed. Kind like doing round corners on sheet magnets.

What brand of tablet and model # do you use or can recommend?

If I recall correctly not all usb to parallel adapters are wired the same...If I recall correctly Tripp Lite Keyspan adapters used to work best. I would try usb to serial in the tripp lite keyspan # USA-19HS. I used one with my old roland plotter and win xp, but haven't tried it with a win 7...

Can anyone ID or suggest a bold font that has an ampersand with a ball end arm and a rounded swoop leg / foot like the one included (as removed from the logo)...? All suggestions greatly appreciated....JimmyG

NO...the Graphtec blade holder will not work on the Roland. Not the same diameter and the Roland has an additional plastic piece that fits around blade holder and slips/locks into a slot on the z axis stepper. With a bit of hunting you should still be able to fit the Roland parts.

Most excellent collection of work Phillip....knowing already how sweet your logo graphics are, I sure look forward to see you carve a large panel with added carved elements....maybe ya already have and I missed a thread....anyways, most excellent work....!

I'll be curious to see if this one gets ID'd or how equippaint works it out...The lettering has a nice hand painted look to it....
