Can anyone help ID the font used for the "Express" lettering.... I need the exact font or as last resort one that could be altered for use.... All help greatly appreciated.... :-)~

yeppers, Cutting Master 2 has to run in GPGL mode.....There are other settings that need be used with GPGL mode, but all that stuff is in the Graphtec manual in the menu tree.... ...

Flexi Starter is quite basic....You should make some test "cut" plots to make sure that your plotter output dimensions match your software.... You didn't give specifics on your "seike" plotter / printer...? There may be some dimension tweaks in your plotter printer menu that can fine tune...

that would be the plotter "platen" strip Wiggum.... I suggest that the bearings in your blade holder needs a tiny bit of lubricant since it only happens on the curves as far as your pictures show....could also be a worn blade in combination with blade holder bearings...one would be surprized...

they don't work very long before the birds catch on because the "stuffeds" don't move much....here in my low country the crows go for the eyeballs first.... :-)~

Personally, I am not a fan of static cling vinyls for store window graphics...too many conditions can go wrong or not work for the (usually) customer applied signage....I reserve static cling stuff for car sales lots on their vehicle window prices... For Holiday graphics, multicolor splashes...

I think you have it Hightop, go for it... the last drawing you show and your chosen font will be way more readable...grey background will work fine layering on dark blue vinyl text.. the only other thing I would do with the "yellow" star is use a white outline "separation" from the grey...
