Amy, the Anchor #153 & 155 are just like the 116, clear sides but without the holes, and 24" stencil... Yeah, the blades and holder are expensive, but it can't be done on the Graphtec without those...shop around for suppliers....I have not seen any generics for the blade holder which is a one...

I cut Anchor 155 stencil on my Graphtec....You HAVE to use the larger 1.5mm blades http://www.graphtecamericastore.com/blades/ and the red tip blade holder #PHP33-CB15n-HS specifically for those blades... http://www.graphtecamericastore.com/php33-cb15n-hs/ Also, the Anchor stencil is heavy...

It's a Mutoh XPC model plotter, but I haven't seen a Mutoh XPC manual available or information on how to reset the machine to factory defaults.... Same goes for specific key push or hold sequence in the EmbossTrack manual for factory default reset... You might try page 98 of manual > Testing >...

Valspar has a chalkboard paint....I paint it on MDO plywood for a very nice finish... ...

I prefer Excel One polyurethane glue over Gorilla Glue or any of the "others"... http://www.excelglue.com/excel-one.html I would also add some screws from the back of the dibond... Excel also has a cartridge version PU adhesive stonger and slightly more elastic than liquid PU glue...

Thank you much Jill, those are very close for "Investments", if I can find bold versions of those it will be spot on... Does anyone have any ideas on the "cfd" combination? some of the garamond bold italics are very close but the "d" is different.... I sure appreciate all help.... ....

.025 would be very easy to cut with "tin shears".... draw the radius from a circle template and hand cut, with new sharp shears you likely will not need to file... ...

I turn mine off at night even tho I have a good UPS because we have frequent pop up thunderstorms in my area....also unplug the broadband cable even tho my fiber setup has UPS and surge protect.... Intellicast radar is a valuable tool during the day as I can usually see within about 15 minutes...
