One would have to order 2500 of these from the site, I listed, in order to fill a minimum order. Does one really need 2500 or these suckers? I'd think most people typically use them in the same night, at least that's what I've done. Any vendor suggestions? I'm hoping to keep this under $100...

If it is a Photoshop issue open the .tiff (or whatever file extension it may be) in Corel and export or save from there.

We use drop box quite a bit as well. If you computer is getting bogged down you may want to look into adding RAM. Pretty easy and cheap. Otherwise close all other programs and unrelated files within whichever program you are saving from and export or save. You could also eliminate un-needed...

It looks like it could have been done with a brush in Illustrator or Corel. I'd start there.
