Tattoo artists tend to have the worst signs IMO. Most of them want them to look like a tattoo, which translates to ineffective advertising.

I've found that it's hit or miss if Flexi will apply a contour cut to a PSD though. Sometimes it does, sometimes it only applies it to the binding box even though the PSD has a transparent background.

Anyone had this issue? Create a PNG with no background in PS, save it. in all my viewers the image is there, but when importing into Flexi, it's a blank image. I don't always get this problem though, I use PNG's often for contour cutting right to the image.

I think the biggest thing is not so much the material, but the backer the material has. Most synthetic/poly type backers are bad. Solid paper backers are what you want.
