HAHAHA. Some materials will actually still print pretty decent with no heat. But def make the call to the dealer if it's under warranty. Hey these things happen! Good luck~
Exactly..If you have the means to get into the XC I'd do it..Everyone has to start looking at this stuff as an INVESTMENT purchase not an EXPENSE purchase. In the time it takes people to nickel and dime over nothing, they could be printing another banner and cashing in at 440 sq ft per hour. I...
Def the encoder strip. Once you have that cleaned, make sure to check your head alignment and do a couple test prints as well. Shouldn't be a major issue
I've been around the industry long enough to know that Sign Warehouse like any other dealer on this earth..present company included have their good points and bad. I've been a customer and a seller of this equipment for over 10 years.
One thing that frequently fell in my lap was support and...
Good point..It's not a very constructive comment..Perhaps this is why customers and end users end up having to seek answers from a forum rather than to be able to rely on the dealer to help out..
CRAP! There's a font like that on www.dafont.com..I am not sure if it's 100% exact but I know it's on there..I'll try to find it..If not that should be pretty easy to vectorize. Unless you are looking for creating a different word in that font
Disregard..it's a real "special" way to run the cables. Ballgame and InkJetAuction are familiar with the process as they are fellow Roland Technicians but I wouldnt recommend end users doing it..

Matt is a solid guy and nothing more than a victim of not wanting to just pick up and rearrange his entire life to move to Utah due to some inner workings at SAI. I am sure he would never leave a customer hanging. Last I heard he had already moved on from Beacon because he got a great job closer...
That's not a printer issue, that's more of a computer issue preventing you from properly installing the program. I would try to reinstall Versaworks program then download the firmware upgrade but I would also recommend running a virus scan on our computer
Roland doesn't cover anything the 3rd party ink touches. Period..Why risk it to save a few bucks..Go out and print another banner for someone and you won't have to worry about hassling with "cheap" inks
Unfortunately I can't sell the machine to any of you since you're out of TyrrellTech's territory but I CAN say that I have seen the machine PERSONALLY and it is EVERYTHING they say it is..if only this machine could cut too...It's AMAZING..I advise you to contact your dealers and just hear what...
Actually, being that you have similar posts on switching this ink for other models I guess that answers my question...Congrats on helping Roland users void their warranty
