I have had much more success in doing the perf cut from a printed graphic off a VersaCAMM when using the Adobe Plug In. I have the programs on my PC and I can actually email you a PDF of the video instructions on how to do it. Shoot me an email and I'll hook you up

The file is completely fine. You would need the optimized cutting order feature to be selected to have it cut in a certain order. I do agree with the above comments. As long as the file cuts perfectly, why the issue? Some cutters do that but still get the job done

MAC or PC..Hooks and lines LOL.. If you have a GX Series vinyl cutter, call Roland with the serial # and they will send you a replacement copy of Cut Studio for Illustrator Plug In..If not then FlexiStarter will work just fine..

Let's face it..there's a lot of things that the customer CAN do..I prefer to get as much done for my customers so that stuff like this never comes up. The more knowledge and assistance a dealer can provide the better. I dont recommend customers doing it themselves either because of A)Warranty...

Bottom line to all this...If you had a PROPERLY TRAINED Dealer in your area, you shouldn't have to be doing ANY of this...Is the machine under warranty? If not, perhaps a small investment in a Service Contract would help keep the machine handled by those trained to do so... Have you contacted...

While the Epson & Canons have amazing quality and alot of features and calibrations that can be changed by the end user, when calculating the basic costs of the machine, in the long run, the Roland is a better option. Especially when considering Banners. Printing banners is like printing money...
