who did you buy the printer from. Call them and ask. Otherwise go to grimco's website. That's about the only place I know that has rasterlink profiles.

If you cant get enough power through a surge protector I would say you either need a new surge protector or you should call an electrician. I have the plug for my mimaki on its own breaker and yes I do use a surge protector.

never heard of downsizing causing pixelation. I just go to image size and change it to what I need. Or you can use free transform to click and drag the image to the desired size.

I think I got it fixed. I had to go to properties and click it to open with "design software" instead of "flexi 7.65" This makes no sense but it seems to have fixed it for now.

This probably doesnt help but with my mimaki I use larger marks for long runs like that. But I am also not using flexi for print cut jobs.

Wipe the print heads with the swab and save yourself 60 minutes. It wont hurt anything as long as you have the foam swabs.

if you have the foam tip cleaning swabs (don't use the cotton ones) you can dip one in cleaning solution and gently wipe the underside of the printhead after doing the nozzle wash. If this doesnt help do the fill up ink as others have suggested. If still no good then you probably need new...
