I outsourced mine (since sewing is the only thing I don't do in house) to Quality Banner. They give a 5 year replacement guarantee which was a good selling point to the customer and they do very nice double sided printing with the pole pockets lining up.

5" letters. I don't see the problem with heat pressing them. Lay a grid line out with a taylor's chalk pencil. Just time consuming.

Thanks, No ink was spilled. I just blew it off with some canned air. The cable was seated tightly but has a "bent" connector on the bottom. It was that way when I took the head out the first time though.

OK here's the story. Turned the printer off. I pulled the KCM head. (No Problem) I cleaned it with cleaning solvent in an ultrasonic cleaner. (The K was clogged pretty good) When complete all 3 (KCM) had a nice "rainfall" of cleaning solution easily pushed through them with a syringe...
