cptorn is correct, the profile is the issue. If a laminate causes a color shift, then a profile can be made for a laminated print. Or you can screw around with a bunch of "tricks" to get the color. Or get a profile done.

My only suggestion in dealing with Sign Wharehouse problems, if you want something fixed you have to get the branch manager on the phone. The salespeople cannot or will not fix problems, customer service is confused at best by the bad info they get from the sales people. Get the higher ups...

Open up an office that does that. You already outsource most of your production, an office gives you a better appearance for a design firm. Good luck!

The biggest thing I noticed when I dropped the yellow pages ad is that I don't get people calling and price shopping. "How much is a banner?" I don't waste 5-20 minutes a call asking size, indoor/outdoor, bitmap/vector art, etc...

I know I saw that the Chinese did that to some buildings for the olympics. They didn't have time to do all the fixing they wanted to do.

Always be nice to the driver, and if that doesn't work, then let the sales rep know you would order more stuff from them if only they could deliver during friggin business hours. I am not waiting for a delivery truck until 6:45pm on a Friday anymore.
