I can see why in this line of work. This was my second one. I really start to over think things. I hold my standers so high it drives me nuts I see things no one other then me can see or care about for that matter. Now if I could only g back to school for design I would be a happy man.

Your rollers are out of leavel. You can't eye ball it you need a pull guage. I had the same thing. They are 80.00 you can get one from Grimco... look at my old posts we were just talking about this last month

Color on the paper will be off. You will have a hard time if you are trying to get the image to the lip of the mug. You need to play with it. As for darkening the image you need to let it cook longer. What temp and time are you using.
Okay here you go. How about mastering the sublimation equipment first? You have 2 things going for you. You know how to take a good photo now up sell the crap out of it. Plates shirts mugs hats mouse pads... If you branch out to fast you will fall short or run into problems and can't fix them.
Sorry I should add that it's not just a push/pull. I got it from Grimco. From what I was told they will let you use it and you can send it back.. But why not just buy one then you will know if you are ever out of line..
