  1. What will it print on???

Ok, probably when we close at 2pm today I'll get some time to set up some shots. The heat is a lot more, but it's also why we have a filtered air intake and evacuation fan setup in the HP clean room. Its a smaller squirrel cage evacuation fan and it keeps the room at about 72 degrees.
  2. What will it print on???

Better yet, what won't it print on? So far it prints on: Paper Digital films, of course All standard premuim cast vinyl films All extruded economy vinyl films All metallic vinyl films All Ultra Metallics Gold and Silver Mylar, but........... You'll need to set up the print begin...

  5. The Fisherman

Yeah, my Dad retired about 4 years ago now but he's still up at 4am every morning and heading for town and the studio. He doesn't get paid any longer but he's still there helping with artwork and doing negotiating with bids till after noon. Great story.

  11. Attention HP l25500 owners!

I built the clean room on friday and saturday, it took me 3 hours of screwing around setting it up on sunday. I took monday off and by tuesday it was running great. I put in one call tuesday for a tech and had the problem figured out by the time he called. Its thursday and it's earned a cool...
  12. Attention HP l25500 owners!

Nope. I was dead wrong. It reads the perameters on metallics perfectly. It's the Mutoh that doesn't.
  13. Attention HP l25500 owners!

Does that mean we're retro-qualified?? :Big Laugh We use little .75" x .75" white squares to mark margins on metallics. Works great.
  14. Attention HP l25500 owners!

Prints on metallics perfectly. Your only problem is going to be the cut perameters. Our 56" Graphtec doesn't always see the peramters on metallic. Too much reflection.

  18. Giving the HP it's own space.

I'll get the camera in here in the next few days. Our space was limited because of the shop area. We still need to be able to get 30' long units in here and our CNC takes space to run not to mention the large steel easels with materials and fabrication and operation space required. We don't do...
  19. Desperately Seeking Susan

Hey guys. We're trying to salvage our Mutoh Falcon Outdoors printer. A perfectly functioning printer except for one small circuit board that's no longer made. It controls the heat. The two numbers on the board are EY-24501J and EF0250. Where do you suggest we do a search? We've done our own...
  20. Giving the HP it's own space.

Yup. Its running great guns this morning. Room temp is completely under control with the intake and exhaust system we built. I stumbled a couple of times with correct programming but I've got it under control and it's begun paying for itself. :Big Laugh
