we use orical 3165 calendar 3.75 mil with oricals 215 Laminate 2.75 mil for stuff like this.

the I is simply an updated version from the V they improved ink usage with the I model and as far as I know both the I and V use a cable system instead of a belt both are 4 color cmyk with duel print heads

humm. Humm. I would not recommend that for the 20' banner, perhaps a peace of good mechanics wire running through it. as far as material goes I tend to like the fabric for indoor settings myself

save to older formt I assume CS6?? there should be a setting when saving to save to an older format maybe try giving that a shot.

Humm, cant say i ever had that problem before usually the registration dots position are relitive to the image size and position. for example if the image is 5 inches wide and right justified the markers will be the same, same image centered on the media the dots will move to the center as well...
