from what ive seen its like 18.00 for the replacement.. since a plotter can make you more than that in one job .. just break down and by the real deal.. Just my 2 cents.

we do alot of these kinds of banners.. that are used then rolled to use again I have one here at the shop that has been in use for 2 years still looks like new.. We coat all of our banners with clear shield that we roll on.. The banners look better.. because the shine makes the colors pop...

if they are screen printed be perpared that the vinyl will pull the paint off if you have to remove it for any reason..

It somewhat depended on what it is going on, if we lam or not.. you can use dry lam.. or you can use cleashield that you roll on.. or you can use the spray sealer like the one clearshield makes.. we do alot of stickers for rc boats and we always lam them becuse the fuel would just destroy...
