  1. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I prefer 'Stir the Pot' as it doesn't get PETA all riled up.
  2. PM Ignores Colours and Print Grey Only

All are fine, did a cleaning, etc. before starting another project. This was a problem at the computer end of things,
  3. PM Ignores Colours and Print Grey Only

Before I took FrankW's advise I re-built the file and was able to go from there. I did check the original file and couldn't source the issue. Ultimately dumped it figuring it was corrupted. I've had a few files like that this month.
  4. PM Ignores Colours and Print Grey Only

    That worked, thanks very much.
  5. PM Ignores Colours and Print Grey Only

I have to print and cut a two-tone brown tree. When I send it to PM to print it comes out grey. See pics of the Flexi and PM pages. I probably hit a button somewhere but can't seem to sort this out. Any thoughts?
  6. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Many if not most of us Canucks get fired up over US politics. I mean we can only talk about the weather for so long. It also makes sense as we are so entrenched in US events whether through business, family, relationships, Canadian & International politics, etc. And it's hard not to be...
  7. US Tariffs, Sigh!

So, anyway, now that the idea of 25% tariffs are on hold what are our thoughts for early March when the tariff quibbles are back? This should give the grandstanding from the three USMCA partners more time to settle down.
  8. US Tariffs, Sigh!

So he can rub Bill Gates' and George Soros' noses in it.
  9. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I was under the impression that the EPA was already under private control, I mean ownership. Kind of like the Government of Ontario.
  10. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Send them back to their parents.
  11. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Oh yeah! Though not necessarily be due to illegal hand guns and the source but more to the mentality of what these perpetrators feel they can get away with. There also seems to be more gang violence these days, daylight shootings, outside of the traditional mafia biker stuff that we have been...
  12. US Tariffs, Sigh!

    The original 'preppers'.
  13. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Had odd jobs since I can't remember. Dirty, sweaty jobs too. Even if it was something like cutting the neighbours lawn to help out, laying a sidewalk, framing a wall, etc., you felt like you accomplished something and where part of a something bigger. On that note I think all able bodies kids...
  14. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I think it's important to set aside the us vs them argument. Many of us are related to each other through family, friendships and of course or businesses and economic ties. That aside, at the end of the day any trade has to benefit everyone or it's not going to work. For President Trump, to use...
  15. US Tariffs, Sigh!

    Bastards!
  16. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Whoever comes to the table with the sweetest deal (or deterrent).
  17. US Tariffs, Sigh!

It looks like Mexico negotiated a 30 pause. Possibly Canada and/or China get the same concession. Who knows where this will go from here? Spin and optics maybe?
  18. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I think this highlights what pretty well all of us have been exposed to, increases in prices and cost of living right across the board. Yet we're scrambling to charge more for our goods and services. The tariffs have added another level of complication and uncertainty to our day-to-day.
  19. US Tariffs, Sigh!

We are a Canadian business and import into the US and buy from the US. This is both directly and indirectly through customers, distributors and suppliers. How are Canadian and US businesses handling the new challenges? I suppose we can add the additional Chinese tariffs into the thread as...
  20. HP Latex 115 print quality issue

Just noticed this a few days ago, on 54" wide HP professional photo paper. All print heads and inks have been replaced in the past few months and everything is well within warranty. I originally noticed this when printing floor plans for a local developer. A lot of white space around the plan...
