Check your resolutions on the video card that you have installed. Your most likely going to be running the older analog style cables and not the digital kind since its an older system. If I am not mistaken that model is a form factor style system as well so I am going to assume its running...
Hmm, just curious -- are you placing the .eps logos as a smart object and then sending the job as a .psd? If this is the case, those .eps files might be placing the entire artboard area into the file if the crop marks are not set properly.

I would recommend either Kaspersky or AVG. Norton/Symantec and Mcafee are resource hogs and they don't even keep up with the updates like AVG and Kaspersky.

There is, but your going to need to provide more detail as to what file types your using, what printer, what rip etc. Different settings...for different setups.
If you cant get it with a swab dabbed with solvent, try running a section of vinyl under it with the liner removed, we have grabbed all kinds of scrim fibers this way, our tech who set it up showed us this, works well.
I would seriously hope it uses some sort of indexing system to let it know what has been modified so you dont need to reupload 750 gigs of unchanged data :cool:
