There are a lot of great posts here by everyone and this is turning into a great thread!! Joe Di-az is right on the money with Sign Craft! I would also suggest searching through Signs101 for posts by a fellow member here "Rick", he designs some of the roundiest circles you've ever layed eyes...

Not sure what a powerclip is SignMe, but as far as a clipping mask in Illy..draw any vector shape you like, place it over your bitmap (or combination of bitmaps and vectors), make sure you "bring it to front", select everything you want clipped then... Object>Clipping Mask>Make (right click...

I am pretty excited but also, more nervous than I have been in a long time!! One week from today....heeeee!! I started to re-draw that logo back for the AC Sign show but never finished it in time...I touched it up a bit this morning and it is looking pretty good!

I love the Signs101 Logo but also think this could be a fun challenge! I really love the idea of t-shirt designs! Especially a series like Mikey-O suggested! Fred, below I re-drew the Signs101 logo in illustrator and the file is all yours. Let me know where you want me to sent it!

I would suggest downplaying the "Construction" lettering and emphasize the "Services" to help portray the idea that they are not general contractors. I agree with Forge that the "M" and "W" are great letter forms to play of each other, but throwing that ampersand in there really makes it more...
