Do you see this at the top of Illy when you select the image? Go to window> control to turn it on/off. Hope that helps :thumb:

There's lots of places to buy fonts... I personally like House Industries, Veer, & You Work For Them. The stuff is pricey but, but worth it in my opinion. I think those mass collections are great & handy to have when you need to match something, but I purposely avoid them when I design something...

Type a-z 0-9 out in a program like illustrator, do this over and over for all the fonts you want to use. Then put them on a page or multiple pages and save as a pdf. Email to her and she'll have a catalog to choose from For example:

Check ebay and search for Illustrator CS2, thats the previous version. You should be able to get it for around $200. Then if your lucky and its a legit copy, you can register it, and get the upgrade to CS3 for a few hundred more. But honestly you should really buy CS3 design suite for $1100...

Check out house industries. They make some great stuff, a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I have a couple of their collections and they have more than paid for themselves.

I've been using flexi for about 8 years now and about every six months weird stuff begins to happen. I was told by a scanvec amiable rep to reset the preferences. It usually settles the quirks for awhile. Maybe this will help you too...

Maybe there should be a Signs 201 forum for the "experienced" folks... As a merchant, I don't see how a little hazing is going to hurt,.. if it's done in a constructive manner. If your down right rude and discouraging then yeah, it could cause new members to find other places to ask questions...
