My guess is that its a bad pump. There's a newly designed pump for these printers. ask your tech about it.

Are you sure the outline is the same color as the original? because if its even just a shade different your cutting software may be seeing two different colors and cutting only one at a time. Also weld the outlined stroke to the original

You have to convert the stroke to outlines to have it cut. and umm... you bought stick figures!?!?:help:

That's orajet's doing.. Theyve set there profiles for a specific speed. Use the profile for premium cast. It's works pretty good for that media.

Print, laminate, then trim the panels. There's no need to contour the panels. You making more work for yourself than is really neccesary. If I am understanding you correctly. Get yourself a trimmer like an image edge and cut the panels after they've been laminated. A straight edge & razor...

Check to see if its on uni or bi directional printing. Uni-directional prints much slower

I just went through the exact same thing. Its the encoder alright. I cleaned mine, and it fixed it temporarily. About three days later same thing happened again. The sensor that reads the strip had gone bad. I replaced the strip and sensor, and all is good now.... about $350 for parts
