Flipping Panels I've seen this... especially when printing solid blues on the SP-540V I think that you are seeing a slight difference in color from the left side of the print, to the right side of the print. So when you butt the prints together, you are seeing a hard-edge difference in color...

Wiper Protection Error Sorry for the delay in reply... I hope that you are already up and running This error means that the wipers are not where the machine expects them to be... i.e. the sensor hasn't been tripped. It's a machine protection error which means nothing will work, just in case...

Thoughts on print history Certainly unusual... if they were trying to pull one over on you I would think that they would "adjust" the history look like a new machine...not an old machine. Is it possible that the mainboard was replaced with a used board from another machine... and not zero'd...
