All my XT‘s I’ve moved without the crate. The two tables are not a problem at all, and the e-box with gantry can easily be fixed with straps. There is no need for the crates! Every relocation company can do this.

Only white ink pump may cause this. Brushes are not meant to last 4ever, and white pump is used for recirculating. What errors you can find in message box? Or can you provide the error logs from tools tab?

You are not in need of a dongle. Connect a usb keyboard, ctrl-alt-del, stop the software and regedit the values. You will find them in area "Oce Aries".
