That's what I'm thinking. It was just weird because like I said it was only happening with the black ink even in full color prints. If I printed without black just color, no streaks.

Not sure exactly what did the trick, but it is printing fine now. Checked for loose cables and gave the head a real good cleaning with some swabs. Weird that it was just the black streaking even on colored prints. Hopefully no more surprises.

Ran my printer today to find the black is streaking. Ran nozzle check, its 100% fine. Took out encoder strip and cleaned strip and sensor and encoder disc and sensor. No luck. Any ideas whats happening? Its just on black. Colors are fine.

Anyone know where I can purchase a template for the 1971 Plymouth Duster side stripes? I know Phoenix Graphics and such places sell the stripe kits. I just need the artwork to cut some without having to spend time making my own template(s). Photo for reference

Ok, that's what I thought. The wording "expanded foam" is what threw me off. I'm assuming its a foam that hardens to a plastic like feel when manufactured? I may be wrong. Its not like an actual foam core? I'll check those brands. Again thanks guys.

$375.00 to do this job is just ridiculous any way you put it, even if there is "minimal" profit. I googled the business and their website shows up as "under construction". Also their address is residential in the middle of the woods, so its definitely a home based business. Nothing against home...

So he just shared the invoice from the other installer. All he did was the two sides of the leaf design and charged $125.00 for "both" graphics and then $250.00 for installation for a total of $375.00!!! Thats $62.50 a side for materials...how? Oh and it states laminated.
