    Thanks! The XS took me 3 months to build. Fun bike, but I started it before I knew my wife was prego. After knowing that, I investing all my time into building the bike. That way I could get top dollar when I sold it to help with the little one. It worked out well

    Mine had the same problem. Just cleaned it everyday. As for the head not letting you lift the lever. Again mine did this. There was a little rubber piece that was "glued" to the head cover that had fallen off. Make sure yours is still on. Its only like 1/4" thick. I just found something similar...

    I would do a fabric imprintable material if it is just a one color logo. I have used Hotmark 70 or fellers Fibron with good results. Cut in reverse, weed, press on, peel cold, and press again for durability. Hope this helps!
