Never used it, but it sounds similar to the Oracal backing paper. Not too bad once you get the hang of it. Just got to pull the backing paper as you squeegee.

The second picture is the correct cut. I kept sending the first one and getting errors. Make sure your media is setup for the correct size.

When you contour cut, how do you remove it off the liner to apply to the shirt? I have used transfer tape, but sometimes it will pull little speckles of ink off the print after pressing. Any other ideas?

I have the same issues on certain colors. Seems to be mostly dark blues and greens. I havent sorted it out. Seems to happen randomly

I do something similar. I take a straight on shot of the side of the vehicle. Then I measure the center of the front wheel to the center of the back wheel. Scale it in Flexi or Adobe. I also do not do wraps but it works for truck lettering.

I forgot to add in I have to drive to there location to install these. So I will be out of my element in their shop and charge for my driving.

I was using the wave 2 setting when I first noticed it. I have switched to fuzz 2 and that was working better. But I recently started noticing it even with fuzz 2. I will try different settings tomorrow. Hopefully it is something minor

My 3651 does this to when rolled out flat. You can see it start tunneling right after you flatten it. I wonder if I got a bad roll too? Its almost like the backing paper has too much of a wax to it and the vinyl doesn't stick to it.

Check your heater settings. Maybe someone was playing with them. I use Oracal 3651 gloss and matte. I know on the matte I have to run the pre and platen heaters 2 degrees colder than the gloss or this will happen.

Looks like a good deal, but 3mm seems narrow. Mine measures just over 4.5mm
