what DK Graphix said. As long as your buying newer stuff there shouldnt be a problem but double check the rip will print the right kind of reg marks.

Do you have any deflected nozzles this will cause that effect especially on small graphics. Also are you printing in High quality mode that could cause this type of issue as well sometimes.

looks like a few things like media comp maybe bad nozzles but if nozzles are good and your media comp are good for everything else then it maybe to much ink for the material and also heat you may just be putting down to much ink on those certain colors just a thought.
