I really dont know your printer or your rip but the darker print is really close. If you can get good colors (correct colors) with that setting your gold unless your trying to print POP up close photo type graphics but for most everything else that is as good or better than most.
Now as for...
I just prop them open with a couple of cut off wooden q tip sticks.
As for filling the dampner once the locks are open I pull ink with a syringe.
If you are running 4 color then you will want to put a syringe in both dampners for each color at the same time then pull one leave it in the...
Thatlooks a lot better.
As for my statement of photo quality what I mean is dont try to compare your prints to one of the professional level epsno photo printers or something like that as those printers will print at a much higher resolutiion than your printer can go.
Ok its been a while using...
I have had 2 of the US Tech laminators and they were very good never had a problem.
Op for the one with heat and take up reel system if you can afford it.
Ok first thing your equipment is probably not as good as the the company you sent the prints out to. For one your machine is a converted unit and they are most likly running something designed for this.
Now that does not mean you cant get good prints.
First thing first you will never really...
Sightline,
Glad to see you post up the pics and what not I did not know how they did the check in the new firm ware but as I stated in this guys other post the print heads from an electronic stand point are dumb and unless they added a chip to them (as you said very unlikly) then the problem is...
1360 is great comforms well and has a great gloss the 1460 will conform a little more which may be harder for a new guy. the 1060 is a little thicker than 1360 and will make the vinyl a little easier to install for a new guy but if the vehicle has a lot of heavy contours may be a little nore...
Ok well welcome to the world of printing.
Seriously if you are using canned profiles(ones you downloaded) then you are going to have these kinds of problems.
Without a lot of mods to your rip and building your own profiles you will almost always have a problem with black and grey.
Most...
Never had that kind of problem.
From a person who has many years of electronics repair I dont believe unless Epson has added a microchip to the head it wont do this.
The printhead from an electronics stand point is dumb it only does what it is told by the printer and the rip throught the...
You need to purchase a quality rip that is current for the machine.
The rip is very imporatant and with out a reasonable rip all you really have is a money sucking paper weight.
Look into wasatch or onyx they will probably be the best priced if all you need is a rip no design stuff.
Good...
The downside to technology.
Ever since the internet became available for everyone anyone can do a little googling and become an expert in the field.
Those who really know will be here when the rest are gone.
What you are talking about is digital signage. There is a lot you can do for a reasonable price hardware is the cheap and easy part. Well touch screen gets a little pricey.
Making the catalog's and being interactive etc will cost you unless you know flash and what not.
We are looking at...
For something simple like the posted pic use illustrator or corel and if you have the extended versions of illy and photoshop they have built in 3d controls for simple things like the posted pic.
Nice video thanks for the post.
I had 2 helpers once on a wrap we got in each others way alot.
When we were still doing retail if only every car was as easy as a nascar.
Only has to last for the week no door handles easy to trim out the front airdams are not very deep. Fog lights...
it really depends on the size and resolution of the starting file and the finished size needed.
I have resize 7 and have printed many files that were resized with it and all i can say is if you are starting with a file that is say 2ftX3ft @75dpi and need it to be 6ftX9ft @75 dpi then you will...
We have them on the laminators also but there are so many different types I figured I would just post the printer one.
Gino to answer your question what we do is lift the pinch rollers and we hand roll the vinyl back down to the roll ( the wheel counts both ways) until the very edge lines up...
