That rule of 300dpi was based on offset work not large/grand format printing. Depending on your printer, output resolution, subject matter, media and viewing requirements, the actual real world working dpi will be much lower. Time=money
So I’m checking my printheads they show usage of approximately 7600 mL for the cyan black head also the lc and light magenta head and show that they were originally installed in 2018. Changing all 3 on monday
Sounds like air in the line, bleed the line until it streams without air burping out of the line. Refer to the manual, this should be done for all colors periodically.
So our machine was recycled but these 2 heads got left behind last year. They are washed out and wrapped in flush fluid but I need someone who has this machine and wants them. I'll send them free and if they pan out we can work out some payment. I have no way of testing other than to send them...

Tetrasodium EDTA
Quaternary ammonium compounds...
We have z6200 same red ink. Just copy the existing canned heavy weight media profile and tweak it, don't reinvent it as Onyx and chromatic red are not friends. You should be close, look at how the other canned media was setup-ink limits etc. Use your media and build a new Linearization or color...
Looks like head scraping but I dont know what material you're using and the heat level. Could be material is not laying flat. Could try raising the head to alleviate that.
Our Designjet Z6200 has printed 135,000 sq ft with only one service call and routine maintenance. The Roland has been trouble free as well for 3 years (did get the heads replaced once as we printed so much material), XF-640
I've been asked to produce indoor murals using this material and want to know if anyone has butt seamed this material without it shrinking too much and opening up. It will not be laminated. The duration of the mural is approximately 7 months in a controlled indoor environment. I know that...
