I did find a couple of printers so far who seem to do this on a regular basis. California and Toronto located. This is not a referral or endorsement as there are most likely other printers I'm not aware of. Just thought I'd post this for future searchers.

UV googles are a good safety measure as well as staying clear of the UV ink mist that surrounds the print head. One should also wear gloves when handling UV printed products as people have been known to become sensitized to the ink.
The gap is corrected by running the calibration in the menu. We have an XF version and running murals on it we hit 5 billion
in less than 2 years. The cyan channel in one of the heads would require constant cleaning to keep firing (a real pita) but the other head was still fine. Not knowing...
The gap in the nozzle check is mainly from the feed cal being off, fix the feed cal first. Make sure your roll is not slack in the back because the cal is different with slack vs. taught. Run it again after your correction input to check.
If you read the MSDS you will see there are petroleum distillates, ether derivatives (1-Propoxy-2-propanol) and alcohols in the ingredient list.

I had the same thing happen, just open directly into editor or leave editor closed before trying to open RIP queue files. This is a known bug in 11, with the only fix being an upgrade to 12. That solved it for us as well as solving a few other 11 anomalies. It really irks me that you have to pay...
