also, I inadvertently enter the ink initialization twice, any effect. Also when I was in maintenance menu counter reset, anything in their O should recheck, could have inadvertently enter something in error. Thanks

check the flapper on the maintenace station, no ink after doing nozzle check. Where is that fuse located? I replaced the maintentance station and print head about three years ago. Everything work well last week. The recieved the LifeTime Pump error message today.

Went through the above steps, when I entered Yes on the Maintenance menu for Lifetime pump and selected enter yes, no initialization occurred. The counter reset back to no. Attempted it again, nothing happened. Am I missing a step? Thanks.

Received the above error message, I drained my ink tank, how do I reset the counter. Hoping that is will remove the error code. Thanks.

Well finally figured it out. I have the bulk system and the level located on the back that holds the ink into the well was not engaged. So I took out the bulk cartridge and there was no yellow ink residue on the injection hole or the line. So reloaded the bulk ink bag into the cartridge...

Thanks I shutdown the printer. An hour later went back and turn on. I next printed four yellow squares, maybe to clear the line. Cannot explain it, but it worked. Printed my client banner, no problems Thanks

Continue to trouble shoot printing issues. I swap out my yellow ink bulk cartridge with a regular yellow in cartridge. Did a another cleaning and nozzel check, nozzle check shows everything is printing except the yellow. Any suggestions. Thanks. EZ Ink Promotions

When printing my yellows are not printing yellow and the red is printing magneta. Cleaned and nozzel check a few times but no change. Change settings on SAI softward from SRGBIFC 61966-21 to Adobe 1998, again no change. Any suggestions? Thanks. EZ Ink Promotions
