Right away I'm thinking Latex. UV printing is best for rigid materials, which banners are NOT. UV ink hardens like a thin plastic, so printing it on such a non-rigid substrate won't end well. let me know if you have any other questions

Cardinal Red is the best color there is. Although the Albert situation has me seeing more blue lately. What material are you printing on?

Error 07 • Abnormal head temperature is detected. 1) Has ink in the camper run out? 2) Check the FPC cable connection. 3) Replace the Slider PCB with a new one. 4) Replace the head with a new one. 5) Replace the main PCB with a new one.

Try turning heat up on both settings and turn down ink Or try a profile with a higher heat setting and less ink laydown

You are looking at the L65500 I assume? I am eyeing the 60" L25500...I love the new latex machines

Another nod for Grimco. There sales people know their stuff and they are really friendly. I have yet to purchase equipment, but if it is anything like buying media from them, I won't think twice about going anywhere else.

I am not well versed on material, but I know whenever I had a question I contacted my local Grimco sales person, and they have been overly helpful.

If I was using multiple machines and looking for good profile management, I wouldn't think of using anything other than Onyx.

That is real weird. It could be electrical....but the reverse print quality actually looks good. It could be Onyx, profiles, but it sounds like your distributor had you doing what I would, reinstall Onyx and profiles. Please keep us updated, I am real curious about this one.

Check the slant adjustment. That can affect only a single printhead.

Was the machine unplugged when making these changes?
