when doing retractables, we add an extra piece off banner tape on the front and then put a stripe across the back also....extremly strong and never had a return.
if its physically sliding then you may need to buy new rollers. anything that is loose that is in contact with your material is not good if its job is to secure/hold the material in place.
Where are you all getting your flyers from? we always use BCT for business cards/brouchers/flyers etc. staples seem to be cheaper for flyers we just found out! not good!!!!!

same here, we charge $65 p/h and any additional costs for photos or vectorisation etc. please make sure you get a deposit before you start any work etc.
i know the rubber wheels can get flat spots....not sure about wear and tear though to be honest. you may need to calibrate the cut feature, you can do this with your printer manual. blade pressure won't effect the cut axis, so you may need to adjust that via your menu settings on your printer.
make sure you have no small fibers or hair caught under the carridge. do a manual cleaning and make sure you do a real good job cleaning everything. if you look in the manual it actually tells you how to avoid things like this happening(was looking through the manual acouple days ago whilst...
