Have you actually used that ink? How did it perform? I was told that ink from Canada is made in China and NOT Japan like most Roland inks, don't know if it's counterfeit like all the other knock-offs that come out of China?

There use to be someone from Roland monitoring theses threads, and I remember seeing a phone number posted one here from someone at Roland. Anyone know that person or have that phone number?

Wrong laminate You can see the perforate holes in the photo, so I believe it was printed on transparent perforated window film like 3M 8176...

I don't know what is causing that issue, is there any way to reset the printer back to factory setting? Also, you might try contacting Roland: http://www.rolanddga.com/owners/support/ After you get it figured out, post back here so others may be helped if they ever have the same issue. Good...

I'm no print head expert, but I agree it looks like an electrical issue, I would do as suggested above. At least you will narrow down the problem But be careful, unplug the printer, wear a grounding strap on your wrist and the other end attached to the machine ground (metal part), I have seen...

I found that WrapCut tape is just as good as the named brand Knifeless Tech tape for 1/3rd less cost, and you get a 200ft roll not the 164ft roll from KT. Both cutting tapes only work as good as the users ability to do the job right and you need to follow the manufactures instructions exactly...
