If you are considering coro, around here you can get some at Lowes, Home Depot and places like that. Yes more expensive then a supplier but at $20 a sheet, your laughing. I would still consider getting the 15 sheets. Easy to sell coroplast signs. How much did you charge for the 2 signs?

What Pat said. Also things like eyes and eyebrows and stripes on her sleeve, cut them out to see the black under this way you won't have to add another layer.

After so many years of using a table saw and cleaning the awful mess my good friend showed me a fast clean way. A straight edge and a good olfa knife. No need to apply too much pressure. Make your cut, and it snaps straight and clean. I love it.

Rounded corners at the bottom of the white box would look funny because the bottom rounded corners are at the bottom of the red. I always make them that way also.
