+1. We have a 1204plus. I know most don't like the idea of printing on banners with grommets, but we've through 40+ rolls of banner and never had a problem. Bought that printer basically for that. You can either measure everywhere and make lines to follow. What I use is a laser level on a tripod. Works very well.

I would say GO! Set yourself apart from the rest. Reminds a bit of when we decided to go large format digital. We won a large bid, was gonna outsource, then decided to go for it. That contract paid the equipement, rent and more for a while and we've been enjoying it since. Good luck.

Guess we are lucky. We charge 12 - 15 for 1 colour, 20 if we supply the shirt. And more for full colour. And we do lots.

Wow,,,, this is old! Anyway, the way I see it, if your printer isn't printing every day, might be better not to have one and outsource the work.

Oracal 3651 clear also. I've printed also on lam before.

I put matte lam on them and works.
