Thats what i have been doing ... just making sure i was not the only person doing so ... i dont lift up the wheels though, i just hold the forward arrow.

I had to deal with their support back in the day when i got my machine ... it was poor then too. It ended up i only needed one of their "special" cables, but it took them a week to figure that out. Thank goodness for the interweb.

Do you use the sheet cut function on banner material ?

The Daige looks and feels like a toy to me, I need something reliable that does work using basically rubber bands. While i agree the new daige 4 does look like a better machine, i have heard too many bad things about the previous three models.

I would be interested in giving your whole lineup a whirl ... it looks neat for laminating things that you can reach in a single bend ... but how does one go about laminating or mounting something 15feet long ? I mean, i have legs and can walk, but it just seems like it would be a pain in the...
