I'm having a time with Versaworks and my SP300i. The job I'm doing is an 8' by 8' sign printed on reflective vinyl. Versaworks broke the job into 5 tiles with an acceptable overlap. I started to print the tiles and had the paper out of alignment, so this stopped the printing in the middle of...

Never printed on reflective before. Can I use regular reflective material. Seems to work ok. Would I need to use high quality ink setting or fine with Standard. Any experience would be helpful, Thanks.

Can you have multiple cut lam print files all cut off at the same time. Will Versaworks know which is which when they are scanned back in prior to cutting.

I'm having a conflict rasterising a logo with a clear layer in it. For some reason cut lines cant be created for the logo and they are lost between the two programs. Anyone have a simular problem and fix. The programs are CorelX3 and Roland VersaWorks 4.00

Having a problem cutting cast material, it has real rough edges. This doesn't happen when I cut calendered material. Tried blade height doesn't change. Blade pressure same for both materials. Anyone have any ideas what's up.

Anyone heard of liquid lens doming. Kind of different, apply to a decal to give it a raised round look.
