Thanks for all the replies...I almost always use IJ180 CV3...Here is what I did to fix my problem...Did a very good manual cleaning...Also replaced captops and wipers...Works perfect now...Thanks everyone!!!

Hello, printer has been doing great for year now...For the last few months I have been having this problem...Seems to be only when black meets red or say orange...Not haveing problems with other colors...Using the same profile and media as always, so I can rule that out...Maybe need new captops...

I too have had some problems with the Roland Warranty, nothing like this though...I feel like once my printer got here I was on my own...I'm getting ready to purchase a new cutter only and I'm going to try a different brand this time...But in their defence I'm dealing with Proveer, which is alot...

Would anyone know the sizes these need to be? I know Nascar has rules they go by...Had a team call for numbers, they didn't give a lot of info on the sizing...I may have to go by and measure them....Thanks for any help! Rick

I have to agree with Flame, I have used it before on go kart graphics and wasn't happy at all...The Arlon started pulling away leaving the black looking adhesive behind...It was a job to get all the black off to replace with 3m...I use Oracal and 3M and never had any issues...For me I'm scared...

Seems like there is a guide at signwarehouse in the forums section (not that I even like signwarehouse)...I usually use whichever the profile I'm using brings up...Hope this helps!
