looks like avery. use a weed burner. get vinyl very hot. wear rubber gloves and soak a rag with xylene and wipe slowly over the graphic. let xylene soak into film. repeat with more heat and xylene. heat vinyl again and try to remove. we use that method for really stubborn removals. works 90...

wrap a helmet with transfer tape first, use a stabilo to show where vital points are and go from there.

a guy has a vutek uv down the street and he say's with a high quality output, he's getting about 250-300sf an hour. we did a few wraps with the uv, didn't care for it. and this guys knows his stuff, he's been beta testing machines for vutek for years.
