I get this alot randomly with multi layer files. What I end up doing is copying everything to a new document, and leaving everything on one layer, does the trick for me.

Pretty sure the inks used on temp tattoos are starch based, and having eco ink on your skin for a couple of days wouldn't be good.

There's nothing fishy about asking for cmyk files. We ask for cmyk files from certain clients we wholesale to because they can't be bothered to undestand about color shifting and how to design in RGB, get's rid of one headache though.
