For the life of me I can not remember how to make text take on the shape of an object. Lets say you have an oval. You want the text to fill the inside of this oval. Delete the oval and the shape now looks like an oval. I know you can do this with the warp/bulge but it looks bloated or 3d as if...

Ross is a great guy... I love his blades... I will not use another blade again... He has me for as long as I am in the industry.. Clean Cut Blades only way to go...

You should be able to blow that up some within photoshop or even photo zoom. Make some adjustments within photoshop and then trace via illustrator/flexi/Corel. Good luck...
Stay with a name brand Summa/Roland/Graphtec/Ioline/ etc.. Why don't you just outsource your decals so all that you have to do is apply them..? The only plotters that will do such small letters will be the ones mentioned. Since you can't justify the cost my suggestion would be to outsource them...
I use The Sheeter myself and love it..! We run R-tape paper tapes as well as At-42 Clear without issues... I have never ran AT-60 Ulta clear through it as I hardly use it anymore, but The Sheeter is great and an incredible time saver for sure...
I wouldn't pay any more for a squeegee due to color. Now if the squeegee was the same exact thing as the 3M Gold but in colors for the same or less price - sure...
