YES....I cant tell you how many tape measures have smashed against my wall because of ruined prints lol. Mutoh cheaped out on the edge guards...The equivalent mimaki's have them. Its just a small metal guard that slides over both edges of the media and protects against head strikes & banner...

For the record...I believe this has something to do with the Arlon Media (6000xrp). The other 54" material I have been printing on is perfect. I also tried different heat settings, powering down and back on ect ect. If it is the material, this will be just one more reason to NEVER use...

Weaving is AWESOME! I cant imagine having to print regular anymore. However, when I need small detailed prints (like really nice small decals) I do switch back to regular printing with 8 pass...and get the best results. But, for everythign else, "Sign" weaving!!

Hi All, I just changed my flush box pad and noticed that the print heads were spraying to the right. Ive attached a picture.....can someone please tell me if this is the normal area where the print heads spray, or if I need to make an adjustment.... Thanks!
