Hi All, Im about to order material for two box signs (Lighted). Im printing the graphics for the box signs on Oracal Translucent Material (White). Should I be using Clear, or White acrylic? My thought is to use Clear...because the vinyl is already white....and white on white may be too...

Hey, does anyone know of a way to turn down the amount of ink sprayed into the flushing box? Im guessing not...due to the fact that "the more ink used...the more I buy...from Mutoh!" Thanks!

From what I know, 30" is the smallest that will work. But, I have printed on some 24" material...but I run paper under the material to extend the 24" media to 30"...just so the printer thinks it has 30" material installed. Maybe there is a way to turn off that sensor? or turn it off?? anyone...

Yeah, Ive cleaned the encoder strip...its good. It looks like the print heads are spraying too much into the flushing box, and the motion of the print head assembly is pulling the mist back with it onto the print. ****One thing I have noticed over time, is that the dampers are FULL in...

UPDATE: I have narrowed this down after a little research..... I watched the print heads spray into the flushing box with a super bright light, and from what I see, there is a fine mist that gets pulled toward the print as the print head assembly heads back towards the print. I have tried...

hey randy, i cleaned the encoder strip and the flush pad.....still about 8" of overspray. The closer I look, it seems like mostly...or all...Cyan and Magenta Any thoughts anyone?

Hey All... long time :) Randy, I am having this same issue right now...but it goes about 8" into the print then fades away. It is all colors....I see cyan, magenta, black. Im going to clean the pad now, but could it be anything else? How do I clean the encoder strip?
